Departing JFK
Once you’ve booked your flight and arrived at JFK, you’ll probably be making your way to Terminal 1, 7, or 8. JFK is lauded as one of the best passenger experiences in the US, and every terminal will have dozens of food and shopping venues, though you probably won’t be able to find a shower room.
Because this route is an international flight, you should arrive 2-3 hours before liftoff to be safe and make sure that your passport is still valid.
If you don’t feel like eating on shopping, nearly all of JFK’s tables and counters have iPads which are free to use. Using the iPads, you’ll be able to order food to your seat from any restaurant, check flight information, and browse the internet.
