How Early Should I Arrive?

Ground Transportation
You can plan ahead for car rental in Paris at all airport locations.
If you prefer a taxi, be prepared to pay cash. Taxi rates vary by time of day and the travel zone you are in, but to give you an idea of the faire, a trip from Orly to Paris would cost €30 to €45. You will have to adjust to the notion that the meter starts running when the cab is dispatched, not when you enter the vehicle. You will be charged €1 for luggage (per piece) and another €3 if you have four passengers. Cabs do not have child car seats. The tip rate is approximately 10%.
