Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The daily resort fee provides access to the spa, steam room, sauna, 24-hour fitness center and the swimming pool. An optional free newspaper is also included with the daily resort fee. Dogs can only be accommodated in the Cypress or Fairway Guest House. There is a nonrefundable dog cleaning fee per stay, in addition to a per night dog boarding fee. Dogs are required to be leased or held in arms at all times. They are not allowed in the main building, lobby, club lounge, spa, fitness center, The Conservatory, Navio and Ocean Terrace, and the Ocean Law. This exclusion does not apply to guide or service animals.
