Self-driving guests need to reserve a license plate number in advance on the Lushan Tour. The vehicle can enter the mountain only after the reservation is successful. During the annual statutory holidays "May Day" and "October" and the summer months of July and August, foreign license plates are restricted. To go up the mountain by vehicle, tourists need to transfer to a bus, ropeway, or take a taxi to go up the mountain.
