With a thoughtful and sensitive approach, the duo restored the neighborhood, ensuring that the four families who originally lived there could continue to call it home, now with improved living conditions. The remaining houses were carefully transformed into tourist accommodations, offering visitors a truly immersive cultural experience. By staying at Ruby Charm Houses, guests have the chance to connect with other travelers as well as long-time residents, experiencing the genuine essence of Porto’s "ilhas." In the heart of Porto, Ruby Charm Houses is within a 5-minute drive of University of Porto and Bolhao Market. This cottage is 1.5 mi (2.4 km) from Porto Cathedral and 1.6 mi (2.5 km) from Dom Luis I Bridge. Enjoy recreation amenities such as a spa tub or take in the view from a garden. This cottage also features complimentary wireless internet access, a picnic area, and barbecue grills. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
