Cool modern boutique hotel

Cool modern small hotel in a slightly edgy part of Sofia. Very close to trams. Spacious rooms, very modern style, quiet, tastefully equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Customer service is nonexistent; confirmed booking is canceled by the hotel..... ESC 2027 sends its regards.

Confirmed booking is canceled by the hotel, as they apparently expect more profit from the delegations for ESC 2027.
Unfortunately, only excuses when inquiring at the hotel. Customer service or hospitality looks different.

Wonderful Stay!

What an experience staying at this architecturally stunning hotel in a charming part of the city. Everything from the architectural design, stylish interiors, art curation and award winning menu at the hotel’s restaurant (Komat) has been so well thought through. The service was excellent and special thanks to Lydia for her warm hospitality. Could not fault a thing! It really was a sensory treat staying at Dot Hotel.

This hotel was clean and modern and the staff was very quick to respond to inquiries. It was close to downtown so it was an easy walk to anything we wanted to see. Would recommend and stay here again.

Short stay for 3 days exploring Sofia and this was a great launch pad

Lovely place we had a great time at Dot, very helpful staff over the phone, at the restaurant and the cleaners we didn’t see. We thought the style was excellent and all in all would definitely recommend to others
