Departing Washington DC

There are three main airports that provide flight service from the Washington D.C. area and include Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport located in northern Maryland, Ronald Regan Washington National Airport located in Arlington VA and Dulles International Airport located 26 miles from downtown Washington.

While all airports are close to the city both Washington National and Dulles connect to the public subway service system to take you directly from the city to the airport.  The Baltimore Washington Airport has direct rail service from the cities of Baltimore and Washington DC to the airport as well. 

One of the largest of three airports and the one with the most passenger service is Dulles International.  Dulles provides direct and connecting flights to many domestic and foreign cities and services thousands of flights per day.  On your wait at Dulles Airport, you will have plenty of options to pass the time as it is home to many dining options, duty-free shopping, and local artists' displays throughout many of the terminals.

Airline and Flight Options
