Cebu Pacific Air Hubs and Focus cities

Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) in Manila, Philippines.  Also known by many as Manila International Airport, this airport is situated about 4.3 miles south of downtown Manila.  This airport has 4 terminals.  Terminal 1 is also known as Centennial Terminal (it opened in 1999, 100 years after the independence of the Philippines) and is used for both domestic and international flights.  Terminal 2 is used by Philippine Airlines and PAL Express.  Terminal 3 is the newest and largest terminal and is used by Cebu Pacific.  Terminal 4 is the oldest terminal and is called the Manila Domestic Passenger Terminal.

Clark International Airport (CRK) in Central Luzon and the Greater Manila area of the Philippines.  This airport currently has only about 15 flights per day but is undergoing extensive expansion and will eventually have many more passenger flights.

Francisco Bangoy International Airport (DVO) serves Davao City, Philippines.  It has a single terminal and a single runway but is the third busiest airport in the Philippines.

Iloilo International Airport (ILO), located in the Iloilo province of the Philippines, is also sometimes called the Iloilo Airport, the Cabatuan Airport or the Santa Barbara Airport.  It is situated in Cabatuan, about 15 miles northwest of downtown Iloilo City.  It has one terminal for passengers.

Kalibo International Airport (KLO) is situated about 1.2 miles east of downtown Kalibo, the capital of the Aklan province in the Philippines.

Mactan-Cebu International Airport (CEB) is situated in Lapu-Lapu City on Mactan Island of the Philippines.  It has a single runway but is building a second and is currently renovating Terminal 1.

Laguindingan Airport (CGY) is situated 29 miles from downtown Cagayan de Oro and replaced Lumbia Airport.  It was opened in 2013 and is undergoing expansion for both passengers and cargo.

Zamboanga International Airport (ZAM) is a focus city airport for Cebu Pacific.  Although this airport is classed as international it currently only has domestic flights.

Cebu Pacific Air: Check In, Seat Assignment, Leg Room and Other Fees

You can check in online or by using the Cebu Pacific mobile app.  You can also check in at the airport.

The seat pitch and width depend on the aircraft:

  • Flights on ATR/turboprops (72-500 & 72-600): the seat pitch is 28-29 inches and the seat width is 16.8 inches
  • Flights on Airbus/jets (A319 & A320): the seat pitch is 28-29 inches and the seat width is 17 inches
  • Flights on Airbus/jets (A330): the seat pitch is 30-31inches and the seat width is 16.8 inches

Specific seats can be reserved up to four hours before the flight

Preferred: For ATR, A319 & 320, exit row seats; For A330 Exit row seats or bulkhead seats.  (To sit in an exit row seat you must meet the requirements)

Standard Plus: For ATR, A319 & 320, near the forward exit; For A330, in the rear section of the cabin

Standard: All other seats

Guests of size should book two seats for a more comfortable flight.

Cebu Pacific Air: Baggage Allowance and Fees

Cebu Pacific Air: Carry-on bags policy

  • Each passenger may bring one carry-on bag, weighing no more than 15.4 pounds (7 kg). For Airbus flights the maximum size is 22 x 14 x 9 inches and for ATR flights the maximum size is 22 x 13.5 x 8 inches.
  • Each passenger may also bring a laptop or purse or other small item in its own carrier.

Cebu Pacific Air:  Checked bags policy

  • Each passenger is permitted one prepaid baggage allowance per flight. Prepaid baggage may be purchased up to 4 hours before departure.
  • The maximum weight of a checked bag is 70 pounds (32 kg).
  • Baby strollers and walking canes can be checked at no additional cost.


  • Dangerous items, especially hazardous materials, are not permitted in the carry-on or checked bags. Antique weapons may be permitted in checked bags but only at the discretion of Cebu Pacific Air.
  • If you purchase “Travelsure” – travel insurance – you may opt for the insurance rider “Baggage Protect,” which offers compensation for baggage that is lost or damaged on certain routes.

Light snacks are available for purchase on board, including cups of noodles, chips and drinks.

You can pre-order meals and dine on fish, chicken, beef, seafood, hot rice, pasta or a selection of other items.

All meals are HALAL.

Cebu Pacific Air: Child Fares/Fees, Unaccompanied Minor Service

Infants less than 8 days old will not be accepted on Cebu Pacific Air flights. Infants between 8 days old but less than two years and traveling on the lap of an adult will be charged a minimal handling fee.

Use of the bassinet is free if you pre-book a bulkhead seat on an A330 flight, but the infant must weigh less than 24 pounds to use the bassinet.

Cebu Pacific Air: Unaccompanied Minors

  • Children under the age of 7 are not eligible for the Cebu Pacific Air Unaccompanied Minor Service.
  • Children between the ages of 7 and 12 are eligible for Cebu Pacific Air’s Unaccompanied Minor Service:
  • Flights must be domestic (within the Philippines) only.
  • The Passenger Handling Form must be filled out before and given at check-in.
  • The Unaccompanied Minor Handling Fee must be paid.
  • Cebu Pacific Air does not accept unaccompanied minors on flights outside the Philippines.

Cebu Pacific Air Accompanied Minors

  • Filipino passengers (below 18 years old) traveling with companions who are neither their parents nor their legal guardians have additional rules, issued by the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
  • Passengers with foreign nationalities and below 18 years old should review and comply with the rules for minor travel issued by their respective governments.

Cebu Pacific Air: Pet Policy

Guide dogs are accepted in the cabin given:

  • The passenger manages any required clearances from appropriate government authorities
  • Must present document confirming that the Guide dog has been trained to an acceptable level
  • Guide dog will not occupy a seat

Other than Guide dogs, Cebu Pacific Air does not transport live animals, neither in the cabin nor as checked baggage.

If you have an animal to transport, you may be able to use Cebu Pacific Air Cargo services.  If you choose to transport your dog, cat or turtle using Cebu Pacific Air Cargo, please note:

  • Snub-nosed breeds (such as Pekingese, pit bulls and pugs for dogs, Burmese, Persian, and exotic shorthair for cats) can have difficulty breathing in aircraft. If you must transport one of these animals, consider packing in a crate one size larger than the animal’s size requires.
  • Containers must meet IATA requirements.
  • Be aware that your animal will be exposed to summer/winter temperatures, depending on the season.
  • Your animal must have the necessary documents: health certificates from a licensed veterinarian, shipping permit, and all documents required by your final destination. Copies should be attached to the outside of the container.
