This airport is the main hub for Japan Airlines and ANA. This Tokyo international airport has two terminals. You will fly out of Terminal 1 with Japan Airlines or Skymark flights to Okinawa Naha. Terminal 2 is where you will check in for other airline flights on this route. The departure floor lobby for both terminals is 2F. There is a domestic terminal passenger service facility charge for travelers that is used to cover expenses related to all shared facilities, such as lobbies, gate lounges, moving walkways, and more. This charge is currently set at $2.59 (or 290 yen) for adults, 12 and over and $1.40 (140 yen) for children aged 3-11. While awaiting your flight out of NRT, you can take advantage of the many retail shops and eateries in either terminal. There is also a gourmet Automat restaurant in the Terminal Lobby of Terminal 2. There is a smoking lounge for those who enjoy relaxing in a café with a cigarette. It is located on floor 3F in Terminal 2. If you need to travel from one terminal to another, there is an underground passage with a moving sidewalk that connects both terminals. This airport also houses a pet hotel inside Terminal 1 if you need to board your pet while you travel. If you are not feeling well, there is a health clinic in both Terminals and a dental clinic in Terminal 1.
Tokyo Narita Airport Departures
Your Jetstar or Vanilla domestic flight will leave from Terminal 3 of Tokyo Narita Airport. At this terminal, you will find a nice selection of restaurants offering Japanese, Chinese, Western and other types of cuisine. There are a variety of retail stores and a duty-free shop. If you have excess time before your flight, there are shower and nap rooms where you can refresh and relax prior to departure.
Arriving at Okinawa Naha Airport
Arriving flights bring you to the terminal's first floor. You may pick up any bags at baggage claim and exit through the 1st floor exit to Ground Transportation. You can board the Monorail here that will take you from the airport to Shuri, making 13 stops along the way. There are also buses and taxis available. You may also pick up a rental car across the walkway, past the taxi stands.
