Another option is the Downtown Airport Express by Blue Star, which runs every 30 minutes. Tickets are $14 one way, $24 return.

Arriving in Seattle

Coming from Portland, you’ll be ready for whatever the Seattle weather throws at you, which is likely to be rain. But that doesn’t stop anyone from getting out and about.
