Departing New York

When leaving the city of New York, there are multiple airports to depart from depending on where you are located in the city.  Your primary options include John F. Kennedy Airport, New York LaGuardia, and Newark Liberty International.

Newark Liberty International Airport is located in the state of New Jersey but is close to New York and provides service for many New York residents.  You can get to the airport via many of the public transportation options from the city as well as via taxi or shuttle service.  During your wait at the airport, you can pick up some duty-free items or rest before your flight at one of the quiet rooms or many lounges the airport offers.

When flying out of New York LaGuardia, you will have all the amenities you need while you wait for your flight as well as a pet relief area for those who will be traveling with their furry friends.  You can easily access the airport by private car, taxi service or via the network of public transport options offered by the Metropolitan Transit Authority.
