The terminal designations are 2, 3, and 4, as Terminal 1 has been retired and demolished. The airport is very convenient from downtown Phoenix: just 3 miles outside the city center. If you choose the economy lot, you can catch the SkyTrain directly to your terminal. If you’d like to take public transit, the Metro Light Rail connects directly to the airport, running every 12 to 20 minutes. You also have your choice of public buses, which all connect to the SkyTrain Station at 44th and Washington.
