Discover Cincinnati Northern Kentucky

Flights to Cincinnati

While Cincinnati Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), also known as the Greater Cincinnati Airport, serves the entire metropolitan area of Cincinnati, it’s actually located over the bridge in Hebron, Kentucky. Over 7 million passengers pass through the airport every year and it’s the only airport in three states (Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana) which offers nonstop flights to Europe.

CVG is a hub for Delta, though it’s the smallest of its kind. All the major American Airlines as well as American Eagle, Air Canada, and Frontier Airlines serve CVG, and it’s not hard to find cheap flights to Cincinnati, especially since Allegiant Airlines began serving the airport and regularly expanding its schedules.

There are three terminals, but only one is currently in use by passengers. Getting into the city from the airport is simple. Most passengers opt for rental cars or a taxi, van, or car service, but there’s also a public transportation option on the TANK bus Route 2X.
